DOORS & WINDOWS
Solid teak decorative main entrance door with: apartment no. door handle.
Doors in bedrooms with good quality locks.
Sliding windows with 5mm tinted glass with mohair lining and rain water barrier in aluminum section.

Internal doors are of strong and durable chapalish flush door with french polish

Main door frames are made of chittagong teak.

All internal door frames are of Shil Karai/Mehgani; as per seasonal availability

Safety grills with matching color enamel pained and aluminum section in all windows.
WALLS

Outside walls are plastered(moisture proof)/hollow block/standard brick work.

All interior walls are also plastered 5” brick work with standard propitiation.
